Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Design and develop Odoo apps, including new module development and customization.
  • Deliver high-quality software that aligns with specific designs and requirements within deadlines.
  • Enhance and configure features and functionalities to support evolving business needs.
  • Participate actively in Odoo-related projects and contribute to the community.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Proficiency in Python programming and SQL language.

We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Administrative Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations, HR processes, and administrative tasks.

Position Overview:

The Finance & Administrative Coordinator will oversee daily financial activities, manage HR documentation, and support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounts Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll.
  • Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.

2. HR Coordination

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance and leave tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating employee benefits.
  • Taking work report from employees

3. Administrative Support

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor management.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate with external partners and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in finance, HR, or administration roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Suits and accounting software.
    • Familiarity with HR processes and basic labor regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Overview

Ariyes Online is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in software sales, particularly in Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of ERP needs across various industries and a proven track record in ERP sales in Malaysia. This is a full-time position at our Cyberjaya office, with client visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Odoo ERP sales in Malaysia.
✅ Identify and engage potential clients across different industries.
✅ Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations.
✅ Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✅ Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
✅ Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, particularly ERP sales in Malaysia.
✔ Strong understanding of different industries’ ERP requirements.
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔ Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value deals.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
✔ Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
